Nord Anglia International School, Dublin

NAIS Dublin is a premium and contemporary campus in the heart of South Dublin. It benefits from outstanding sports facilities, purpose-built design and technology classrooms with CAD Lab Studious, Science labs, Dance Hall, Recording Studio, Theatre, Music Pods, Early Years Centre. 

The project involved the change of use from an office to educational on an existing 93,345 sq ft building over three floors, formerly occupied by Microsoft. The demolition works involved the complete removal of all internal walls, ceilings, finishes and existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure to bring the building back to shell and core to make way for the construction of 47 classrooms and 16 specialist rooms, libraries, cafeteria, catering kitchen, auditorium, teaching staff and administration facilities. 

Externally the project involved the provision of a new 60 x 40m all weather multi sports pitch, play facilities and new soft landscape areas.

Construction works commenced in early 2018 and Practical Completion was achieved mid July 2018.

The school successfully opened its doors on the 4th September 2018 to welcome the new pupils.
