Aimsir, Kildare

Aimsir is a new 24-seat restaurant in the gardens of the Cliff at Lyons in Co Kildare that celebrates what can be sown and harvested, fished and foraged on the island of Ireland. The restaurant opened in April 2019.

Aimsir is led by Cornwall-born chef Jordan Bailey, former head chef at 3-star Michelin Maaemo in Oslo, assisted by his Danish front of house manager and wife Majken Bech-Bailey.

This innovative restaurant was awarded two Michelin Guide stars less than five months after opening.
