Established in 2015, CARLIN is a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice, regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) providing a range of services relating to Cost Consultancy and Project Management to end-user clients.

The practice has grown steadily handling a wide and varied portfolio of work across Ireland and the U.K. and in 2018 expanded to open a head office in Rathnew, County Wicklow. In June 2022, we moved to a larger premises in the heart of Wicklow Town.

CARLIN aims to provide a personal service working collaboratively within a team to achieve a finished project on time and within an agreed budget to meet our clients' requirements and aspirations. With a high level of care and attention to detail, we focus on minimising risk and creating opportunities to maximise the value of our clients’ developments and property assets.

We have a proven record of delivering successful projects built around our commitment and expertise, together with our ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, designers and contractors.

Andrew Carlin MRICS ACIArb / Director

Andrew’s career has spanned over 18 years, most of which was spent with Berkeley Group Holdings and Mivan working on some of the most prominent projects in London at a Senior level. 

He has a proven track record of mimimising project costs and enhancing value for money whilst maintaining the highest degree of quality standards.

He has a wide range of experience in the Public and Private Sector, holds a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree from the University of Ulster and is a chartered member of the RICS.

Andrew enjoys taking a hands-on role in projects and believes taking a focused involvement at key stages supported by an experienced team can bring real value to a project.

From the beginning of a project to completion, contact with the Client is closely maintained with Andrew.
